Hey Now! Nice to see ya again. Have you checked out my sister site, MLM Blog?

Someone posted a comment that suggested that Ron and Georgia Lee Puryear’s River House is for sale.  I have actually been to the river house back when I was in Amway/Quixtar in the 90′s.  The place is amazing.  I know that there has been some trouble at WWDB with Greg Duncan’s bankruptcy, David and Debbie Shores home foreclosure, Brad Wolgamott leaving and Jim Harstad building an MLM business with a different company.  Maybe there is more going on behind the scenes at WWDB than we know.

I did a little bit of digging and found confirmation…

The largest private residence in Kootenai County has come on the market this month. Owned by Ron and Georgia Puryear, the 26,000 sq. ft. residence is on the north shore of the Spokane River in Post Falls. Listed by John Beutler of Century 21, the asking price is $19.995 million.

why is the house for sale?

  2. Matt says:

ron said they’re selling it because they’re getting old and don’t need that big of a house…

  3. Joecool says:

But why sell the house when it’s paid for in cash and the Puryears have money rolling in by the barrel full?

  4. Amthrax says:

The River House’s price has been reduced to $16,995,000 from $19,995,000. How low do you think it will go?

  5. Joecool says:

Since the house is “paid for in cash”, they should take it off the market until the market picks up again. LOL

Seriously, I wonder what they might owe on that property?

This house is directly across the river from my families cabin. I hate to see them sell it. It’s such a beautiful home. Too bad I don’t have 16mil to buy it

  7. Leadfoot says:

They sold it because of not wanting to saddle their kids with inheritance taxes. They never lived there, anyway. It was built as a motivation for WWDB. It seems it worked!
